When Thomas Buttgereit learns of his termination, he has just six weeks to prepare the shipment of his motorcycle to Valparaíso (Chile). He uses his time off to make his dream come true: once on the Panamericana through South America. In his book he describes very vividly his many experiences and impressions gained on the almost 29,000 kilometre long and six-month journey through the southern continent.
