Harley Quinn and the Joker are the clown princess and clown prince of crime. But like any couple, they have their problems: a mysterious thief raiding Joker's territory, criminally greedy craftsmen, and of course Batman, who tracks down Harley and the Joker after a heist at their hideout. Amidst all these difficulties, the comical relationship between Miss Quinn and her "Pupsie" is put to a serious test, and new details about Harley's past come to light.
