How do we regain control over our thinking in the information age? What was I just about to do? Almost everyone is familiar with the new forgetfulness and the almost pathological increase in concentration disorders. There is much more behind this than just being overwhelmed. We know more than ever before, yet we constantly fear missing out on the most important things. Humans are not just flesh and plant eaters; they are also information eaters. Information is an advantage, and in the information food chain, the one who sends and receives messages the fastest and most effectively wins. However, this new form of Darwinism leads us to be unable to distinguish what is important from what is not.
