Ethical concepts are coded with gender stereotypes. Therefore, gender concepts and ethical concepts must be related to each other and put into motion. "Justice" serves as a central ethical dimension for this reconstruction, focusing on human plurality as the driving force of the ethical, as well as "human nature" as an ethical differential. The formation of equality and difference must also be placed under the regime of justice. They find their measure in justice as a particular cognitive achievement and specific human bonding practice. Human passion for justice thus influences (gender) relations. Consequently, the ethical can be taken seriously as its own force and causality in human life. In this way, the anthropology and epistemology of the ethical can be further developed for gender issues.
