Being human is probably not eternal. A person is a person, no matter how long it has been and how long there will still be people, regardless of how people are historically and temporally defined, what they do, and whether the dead are also people and remain so. After a diverse exploration of movement and its provocation of thought and feeling, a description of the phenomenon of movement will be provided. Only in this way can Aristotle's physics, his thinking about movement, be read not only as a precursor to modern physics, but also as the basis for his ethics, which is built on physics and movement. This opens up a horizon that allows us to move away from the modern understanding of movement, to sense the being of humans held in stillness as dwelling, a home of essence, ethos, a region, a place. Thus, the paths reveal themselves.
