Isha's parents are not called Mom and Dad, but Mammamoma and Pappapipo, because they are hospital clowns on a children's cancer ward. Isha also wants to become a hospital clown one day. Sometimes she gets to join them when her parents perform their show for the children. During one of these visits, she meets Tommy, who has a brain tumor. One day, when her parents are called to the hospital because Tommy is not doing well, Isha suddenly finds herself facing her first performance. In this moment, she encounters death for the first time. She also learns how much strength there is in friendship and how beautiful it is to be able to share not only joy but also tears together.
