Hattinger und die Schatten
German, Thomas Bogenberger, 2016Product details
A corpse is discovered in Lake Chiemsee. While Commissioner Hattinger and his ambitious colleague Andrea Erhard are still busy clarifying the victim's identity, another murder occurs in front of the estate of art historian Meisel. When Hattinger attempts to question the owner of the impressive villa, it turns out that Meisel has been missing for some time. It is also unclear how he supports his extravagant lifestyle. Rumors about looted art are circulating in the neighborhood. When Hattinger finally gets a lead that takes him into neo-Nazi circles, he is called back from the highest level because the domestic intelligence agency is involved. Hattinger is not easily deterred by this. Undaunted, he continues his investigation, overlooking the fact that his daughter Lena is in serious trouble.
