He is also an award-winning filmmaker, known for works such as The Cup, Vara, and Travelers and Magicians. He is the abbot of several monasteries in Asia and the spiritual leader of meditation centers in various cities. Additionally, he leads several major Buddhist organizations, including Siddhartha's Intent and the Khyentse Foundation.
