Author Information
Christina Tosi is a two-time James Beard Award winner and the owner of Milk Bar. Known for breaking the mold in baking and reinterpreting desserts, Christina founded Milk Bar in 2008, with locations in New York City, Toronto, Washington DC, and Las Vegas, while a location in Los Angeles is set to open soon. Christina has been a judge on Fox's MasterChef series and was featured in the acclaimed Netflix docuseries Chef's Table: Pastry. She is also the author of two other cookbooks, Momofuku Milk Bar and Milk Bar Life.
