Our society needs personalities. Personalities can only be individuals who follow their path according to their strengths and talents, thereby contributing to the development of a values-oriented society. How can we train such students in the face of globalization and economic pressures? How can they acquire competencies within their academic studies to make Christian-ethical responsible decisions later on? Ines Weber presents a completely new and innovative, practice-tested concept for personality development that places students at the center of the university educational process.
