The complexity of the educational mandate, the many different needs of the children, the demands from parents, and not least the personal aspiration to be a good teacher are all part of everyday school life. But how can one meet these challenges every day? The authors embarked on a quest for new ways to work at their elementary school. After several years of practical experience, a guide has been created that provides impulses for thinking about and implementing new approaches to teaching. Thus, a book has emerged that encourages reflection and action, offering new ideas for working under changed conditions or alternative perspectives for an even better teaching culture in one's own school.
