Off to the past! This learning workshop captivates students from the very beginning: A mysterious letter sends them on a very special research journey - back in time. Depending on their interests, your students can choose which historical period they would like to explore: the Stone Age, Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, or the Middle Ages. During their time travel, your students will paint coats of arms, create Stone Age jewelry, calculate like in the Middle Ages using ell, handspan, and step, or write in Egyptian hieroglyphs. This way, the children receive inspiration and tools for independently exploring historical contexts.
