How can we inspire students and convey the content of lessons not just cognitively? How do we deal with a highly diverse learning group in terms of performance? The solution: station learning. This modern teaching method enables students to engage in self-directed, self-structured, and cooperative learning. The introduction briefly explains the method of station learning and its practical implementation in the classroom. In the practical part, the most important curriculum topics for 7th-grade mathematics are addressed. Here, the topics of assignments, percentage calculations, rational expressions, geometric figures, and probability are covered. Students are introduced to each topic through four to nine mandatory stations, as well as various additional stations.
