The work deals with the Christian community school in Baden. Initially, the history of this type of school is presented, and the theological and political challenges it faced are highlighted. The work outlines the historical development of the Christian community school in Baden. Furthermore, it addresses the core issue of constitutionality and discusses the desire for a new administrative regulation for the practical implementation of the Christian community school of Baden character in Baden-Württemberg. Finally, the work proposes a reform of the administrative regulation based on the original administrative regulation.
