The legislator generally grants the offender the opportunity to withdraw from the attempt of a crime without facing punishment. But why can the offender withdraw at all? When can he actually (still) withdraw, and above all, what specific actions and measures must he take to benefit from immunity regarding the attempted crime? This book addresses all these questions.
