This study examines the impact of evaluation feedback on educators. It adopts an action-theoretical perspective, where the strength of goal pursuit by educators serves as a criterion measure for the effect of evaluation feedback. The self-efficacy expectations of educators are considered a significant influencing variable on the criterion measure. The empirical study shows that educators pursue their goals more vigorously after receiving evaluation feedback. High self-efficacy expectations enhance this effect.
