Product details
Order in court buildings is maintained, when necessary, by expelling individuals or denying them access. As a legal basis for such measures, in addition to the regulations on courtroom order, a number of non-standard institutions are considered. The relationship of these order measures to the offense of trespassing is the subject of this work. The author attempts to bring these together and employs a consistently functionalist approach in doing so.
