Product details
The work addresses the question of how actual equality between women and men in the workplace can be achieved concerning wage equality. So far, primarily material-legal approaches to establishing actual equality for women have been discussed. This work aims to explore procedural legal options. Based on existing laws, it examines whether the collective interests of the group of disadvantaged female employees can be better protected through the full utilization of available legal means. In the search for suitable instruments, foreign solutions are presented, against which more effective legal protection options for Germany can be identified.
