The work deals with legal issues related to the distribution of supplementary claims according to sections 203 ff. of the Insolvency Act, taking into account both older and newer case law. It examines not only the standard insolvency proceedings but also self-administration, the debt discharge procedure, and the insolvency plan procedure. The investigation covers everything from the initiation of proceedings to the factual prerequisites for supplementary distribution, its execution, as well as the remuneration of the supplementary administrator and the competition with a new insolvency procedure.
