It is highly unlikely that two individuals would independently express a fact in exactly the same wording. However, do all theoretically possible formulation options come into play equally? This question has been empirically investigated for some non-stereotypical occasions of expression. Two types of formulation elements can be described: Certain elements are chosen with over 90 percent probability. Other specific elements exhibit characteristic exponential frequency gradients. This is evident at different levels of expressions. Thus, scale invariance has been demonstrated for decision-making behavior regarding various formulation options.
