The bibliography is intended for students of German linguistics as well as other linguistically oriented degree programs. It aims to assist in gaining an overview of scientific literature on individual linguistic sub-disciplines and in the targeted search for works on specific topics. To fulfill its purpose as optimally as possible, it includes not only generally recognized older works but especially more recent ones. In addition to a systematic organization of titles by sub-disciplines, the bibliography offers additional access options in the form of a subject index and a personal index. A special feature is the integrated annotated list of general and specialized dictionaries of contemporary German.
