Product details
The aim of the work is to examine the tax benefits of religious communities. Initially, a legal systematization of the tax benefits will be developed. The resulting systematic differentiation of the tax benefits according to the legal status of the religious communities in the various tax laws will be reviewed in a second step for its constitutional justification, with the author arriving at the conclusion of a constitutional justification. Finally, a perspective on European law will follow.
