The third part highlights the legal relationships between the lending body and the inspection engineer. Furthermore, the work addresses the liability responsibilities when involving the inspection engineer in the building supervision process. It also examines the errors of the inspection engineer in failing to identify defects, particularly in the structural design of a construction project.
