Personnel service providers must consider the protection of temporary workers in the field of employee leasing (temporary work/agency work) as well as the flexibility needs of the labor market. The author examines whether temporary work can be adequately flexible through the combination with on-demand work. She analyzes the associated legal issues and presents them in a practical manner. Key focuses of the study include questions regarding working hours and remuneration, part-time and full-time work, standardized employment contracts, and the collective agreements of the temporary employment sector. The conclusion consists of model contractual clauses that provide suggestions for implementing the insights gained in practice.
