The work addresses the practical problems associated with an existing target agreement system in individual labor law. It examines not only the advantages and disadvantages in terms of labor science but also the legal issues related to target agreements and target setting, taking into account the various possibilities for design. Based on the general principles of labor law, the limits of these design possibilities are outlined. A particular area of focus for the author is the practice-oriented presentation of the various problems encountered in implementing a target agreement system and the derivation of doctrinal solutions. Practical implementation difficulties are also considered and explained with examples throughout.
