In light of the current debate in social work regarding the quality and efficiency of the assistance provided, the status of users as producers is becoming increasingly significant. The study addresses, from a service theory perspective, the benefits and drawbacks of social work in the exemplary field of homelessness assistance. The focus is on identifying factors that promote or limit the benefits of social services. Additionally, it involves categorizing usage behavior.
