A guide for students and lecturers in biology, botany, pharmacy, and agriculture to understand the structure, reproduction, and developmental processes of plant organisms, with a conscious inclusion of bacteria and fungi, based on the following principles: communication of the diversity of forms and ecological relationships of organisms, knowledge of phylogenetic and ontogenetic development lines, as well as the economic significance of individual groups of organisms. Each section begins with a brief theoretical introduction and includes a comparison of microphotographs and drawings, aimed at gaining fundamental information about the objects of the plant kingdom through simple methods, personal observation, and practical engagement with organisms. Part I of the practical course on plant anatomy provides guidance on preparation and drawing.
