Pilgerwege: Fatima
German, Irmgard Jehle, 2011Only 1 piece in stock at supplier
Product details
For a long time, the remote and otherwise completely unknown village with the Arabic name was almost exclusively a Portuguese pilgrimage site, marked only by a tiny chapel and a gradually growing stone oak, which commemorated six apparitions of Mary. It was only the occurrence of the historical events prophesied by the Mother of God in July 1917 that made Fátima almost instantly world-famous. The brochure describes both the history and the sights, as well as the three parts of the secrets of Fatima. Additionally, it includes some excursions to the surrounding area of Fátima. On the back inner flap, there is an overview map of the location.
