The Allgäu: an idyllic region full of crime scenes and murder weapons. The small village of Obergassen is beautifully situated between forests and meadows. Kempten is not far away, and to the south, there is an unobstructed view of the Allgäu Alps. Only the dilapidated Garzinger Farm disturbs the rural idyll - and some residents would prefer to see the eyesore of the village torn down sooner rather than later. However, the eccentric owner Manfred Garzinger is neither willing to sell nor renovate. One day, he is found dead in his worn-out armchair, and Inspector Hansen uncovers a tight-lipped village community that prefers to settle its own affairs. An entertaining crime story with plenty of local color.
