A crazy adventure story from the author of Pinocchio. Exciting, heartwarming, funny, and beautifully illustrated by Axel Scheffler: The Adventures of Pipì, the cheeky pink monkey, was written by Collodi immediately after Pinocchio, and of course, there are several similarities between the two books. Like the wooden puppet, the pink monkey has a tendency to lie, disobey, and be naughty. The wild character of their adventures is also similar, as is the way both manage to survive the life-threatening circumstances of their adventures (more or less) unscathed.
