The book addresses the five areas of action in the management of real estate projects: management of information, costs and financing, processes, schedules and logistics, contracts and insurance, as well as the overarching organization, coordination, and documentation of all elements. The complexity in the planning and construction of buildings has increased. Handling this is a management task. In all phases of planning and realization of construction projects, many processes, some of which run in parallel, must be planned, controlled, and, if necessary, corrected. Therefore, in addition to purely technical knowledge in design and construction, knowledge of organizational methodology and its practical implementation, as well as process management, is required.
