The Lichterkinder are going on a world tour and bringing along plenty of new children's hits: Known for over 40 million YouTube views and the kindergarten hit 'Der Körperteil Blues' (The Body Part Blues), the Lichterkinder present their new album 'Play and Movement Songs Around the World'. This album features 15 children's songs sung by children for children, and thanks to the loving and high-quality music production with wonderful children's voices, it also delights parents, grandparents, and educators. The CD was created in close collaboration with the aid organization World Vision. The purchase price includes a one euro donation for World Vision's children's aid projects. The content and song selection were researched together with educators. Every child in the world is a Lichterkind - and so we have sent our songs around the globe, showcasing social commonalities, the colorful and beautiful aspects of the world, and speaking 100,000 languages! This makes the songs not only fun for children but also conveys learning content and values in a playful way. Of course, children should also simply enjoy the music and feel encouraged to move. We have managed to compile a collection that consists almost entirely of modern, new original children's hits: The big hit 'Der Körperteil Blues' becomes 'Body Part Blues' in English, 'Die Kinderpartyeisenbahn' (The Children's Party Train) travels around the world, and children learn about different countries while dancing with the bee ('Die Biene tanzt, summ, summ' - The Bee Dances, Buzz, Buzz). This way, they can playfully recognize the important role of bees for the Earth. The album is rounded off with an interpretation of the popular Spanish children's song 'Tschu Tschu Wah'.
