Information about the series: Pluspunkt Deutsch - Living in Austria is specifically designed for integration courses in Austria that were established based on the Integration Agreement of 2011. The teaching material for adults without prior knowledge of German consistently conveys the German of the Austrian standard language, taking into account the values and orientation knowledge necessary for living and working in Austria. It prepares students for the A1 Fit for Austria exams, the ÖIF-Test Neu, the German for Austria A2-B1, as well as the new exam on values and orientation knowledge. The practical everyday topics are connected to the realities of migrants’ lives: the teaching material focuses on areas such as visiting offices, searching for housing and jobs, and family matters. It consists of three main volumes that can be worked through in 160 to 240 teaching units.
