In the fourth part of the book series on Functional Spinal Gymnastics and Back Training, the focus is on presenting exercise options with various training devices (Fit-Ball®, Flexi-Bar®, Dynair® Ball Cushion XXL). It begins with the Fit-Ball®. This device can be used for gymnastic exercises and is also ideal as an alternative to a desk chair. Due to its health-promoting properties, especially for the spine, it is used as a back-friendly training tool in back schools and therapeutic treatments. The program is complemented and deepened with handheld devices such as dumbbells and Thera-Band. Furthermore, exercises with the Flexi-Bar® are introduced. With the swinging rod, you primarily train and strengthen the deeper, smaller muscles in conjunction with the superficial muscle groups.
