Is there an epistemological position of a realistic constructivism? This book presents a communication, system, and network model of organization, which assumes that an organization owes all its achievements to its own constructive efforts, but can only survive in the reality that informs these constructions. Describing this process of information is the actual sociological task. The book discusses a minimal model of a complex organization, in which five variables (the product, the process, the team, the style, and the accompanying indeterminate external aspect of the form) and four closures (the market, the work, the management, and the strategy) define the intrinsic value of an organization, which is understood as a nonlinear-dynamic system.
