Project management is becoming increasingly important in schools. However, there is often a lack of competence in effectively and efficiently utilizing the necessary tools. This book explains, through three practical examples, how project management can succeed in schools: - Introduction of tablets in the classroom (media-oriented teaching), - Design of a learning workshop "Train Brain" for English lessons (introduction of individualized instruction), and - Establishment of a learning band (changing the learning environment).
