Shortly after their studies, Samuel Bünzli and Simon Courvoisier encountered architectural tasks that they tackled with talent, already realizing independent solutions. A restructuring of a residential building, a school building, a laboratory building, a project for hotel rooms, and a large residential complex are architectural milestones. The projects demonstrate the precision with which they approach their tasks. Their sources of inspiration are the sharp analyses of the existing conditions, its surroundings, and the program of the construction task. From these, they extract solutions and, through their designs, seamlessly shape a piece of the city.
