Product details

The two landscape architects from Zurich, Lukas Schweingruber and Rainer Zulauf, base their work on abstraction, which reveals and makes the essence of the landscape or garden readable. In addition to several private and public projects, the two landscape architects have created valid examples of contemporary outdoor design with the Oerliker Park in Zurich and the Museumspark Kalkriese in Germany. Udo Weilacher has become one of the leading experts in international landscape architecture in recent years through his regular discussions in NZZ-Folio and several book projects. He currently teaches at the Technical University in Hanover. In a witty essay, he guides the reader through three of the featured projects, discussing, analyzing, uncovering, and significantly contributing to the understanding of the working methods of the two landscape architects.
