It smolders its way into the realms of the left-intellectual milieu, all the way to the Greens. It can be found in the cultural sections, in theater, and in political cabaret. Essentially, the new homophobia is, of course, the old one. What’s new is that it is a hostility towards homosexuals that insists on its friendliness towards them.
