Hello, you have to put the cutting mat in the guide and then push it lightly, then the Joy will pull the mat through once to see if it is big enough. However, this only works once you have created a project. The little light then flashes.

It can only cut one colour at a time. But you can cut the different parts on the foils and then put them together. The smallest he can print depends on the format and material. Print templates are also available in thousands, just like the material. I'm sure you can find something thin. Greetings Ajla

Hello Rahel Well, material wear and "usefinde" is probably just part of it. And a few juicy words when it doesn't work out...😇 I can't find a picture somehow. That's why I'm asking if you work with the card mat and - if so - whether you use cards from Cricut or our normal A6 cards. They don't work if you use a predefined motif, because our card sizes are different from those in the USA. Ours are narrower and longer. Can you tell me where I can find the picture? Then maybe I can help you. Maybe not, but let's try. 😀 Love, Barbara
