Can I use the RICOH ScanSnap iX1300 scanner with a windows PC AND also with a MAC computer? The Galaxus website indicates only Windows requirement: Windows 7, Windows 8.1. On the other hand, on the Ricoh website I have downloaded a Datasheet indicating System Requirements - for Windows: 10 or 11 - for MAC: MacOS Catalina or later Thank you

The scanner loses the WIFI settings every time I switch it off and on. Status LED first flashes blue and then lights up solid yellow/orange. Firmware is the latest version.... Router reset, etc.pp. nothing helps. Does anyone know the problem?

Thanks for the answers. I think I have now found the cause. I have had an SSID with special characters in the name ("?") for the last 10 years. Apparently the ScanSnap IX1300 has problems with this. Since renaming the WLAN, it now works.

Hello. On the original site (https://www.pfu-ca.ricoh.com/fr/scanners/scansnap/ix1300), it confirms that this model offers USB and WIFI. But here it says USB only. Can you confirm that this is a mistake?

hi, I am looking for a successor for the Fujitsu ScanNap S1300i. Unfortunately, you can't get it anymore. The scanner should be easy to set up and operate, should be able to scan double-sided, with automatic feeding up to approx. 10 pages (ADF), and created PDFs should be searchable afterwards (is OCR necessary for this?). I have a laptop with Windows 10. Does this scanner fit my needs?

I use this scanner a lot to scan a lot of documents. It scans double-sided, has an automatic feeder, but you can also feed thicker items via the manual feeder, such as photos, etc. The software that comes with it allows you to save different formats.
