The only short commentary on the Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG). The structure of the book follows the structure of the law. Following each paragraph, the author comments on the regulation. The commentary is rounded off with a template for the structure of a business concept, guidance on distinguishing between the self-employed and non-self-employed activities of prostitutes, as well as checklists for the licensing process.

Involvement in the law. The author has been a lecturer in trade law in the area of municipal training and education for many years and has long been a lecturer at universities for police and public administration and finance in Baden-Württemberg. As a result of his participation in working groups to combat human trafficking, he has been involved in drafting the Prostitution Protection Act since 2013.
