Werner Ziegler was born in 1956 in Kirchentellinsfurt near Tübingen. He has been happily married for many years and has four adult children. A trained banker and business economist, he worked for many years in the commercial sector in industry and crafts, including in leadership positions with personnel responsibility. For more than 15 years, he has primarily been active as an author, trainer, and coach. His topics include stress management, overcoming exam and performance anxiety, relaxation, burnout prevention, achieving an optimal work-life balance, and personal and professional development.
