In professional life, many people dream of achieving their goals in an atmosphere of constructive and fair collaboration. They desire successes that they themselves have initiated. Great commitment, strength, and energy flow into their teamwork. It is well known that two people working as a team can achieve many times more impact than an individual. However, when the desired cooperation does not go well, the reversal of this phenomenon becomes evident. To effectively prevent this, it is increasingly important to create a solid foundation within the group for the realization of new projects. I describe this in the text as the pillars of successful team development. The emergence of an open communication culture that authentically reflects the potential of team members, and the impact of practicing a mindful attitude in conversations, is described as an experience.
