Franchise agreements play a significant role in economic transactions. The franchise industry has been growing continuously for years. On one hand, foreign franchise systems are established domestically, enabling entrepreneurs to make the leap into self-employment. On the other hand, companies can transport their business areas and ideas abroad through franchising. In this respect, franchising is also a widely used option for entering foreign markets. For franchisees, especially during the contract negotiation phase, the question of the quality of the franchise system, its design, and its potential always arises.
