About the Work

This work serves as a supplementary textbook for legal education in the foundational subject of legal theory. It also addresses recent discussions in legal theory, which focus more on the communicative and media-related prerequisites of law than traditional legal theory. The fundamental problems and key concepts of legal theory are presented in detail in the first part of the textbook. Key topics include rule or norm theory, the formation of systems in law, and issues related to the application of law. In the second part of the textbook, the communication and media theoretical foundations of the introduction are emphasized more prominently.
