Product details
It is a widespread belief that young people of Palestinian and Turkish descent largely reject engagement with the Holocaust and express antisemitic views on the subject. However, the author assumes that these young people are also interested in the Holocaust and develop empathy for the victims when they feel recognized in their family histories. The results of several months of projects show that the young people indeed found pathways to the history of National Socialism and the Holocaust.
