The present work contains the most important psychological and psychologically relevant terms to facilitate the understanding of reports for non-experts and to assist professionals in the preparation of reports. The primary target audience includes clients of psychological assessments in courts, administrations, social and private insurance companies, as well as medical experts and consulting physicians. It can also help the assessed individuals (as plaintiffs or defendants, applicants, insured parties, or victims) and their legal representatives to better understand the reports. Last but not least, not every psychologist who is commissioned as an expert is familiar with the relevant terms used in assessments.
