Wiesloch in Old Pictures - this photo book aims to present not the city of today, but the Wiesloch of yesterday and the day before. The historical photographs, most of which have not been published before, were selected from the rich collection of the city archive as well as provided by Wiesloch citizens. Manfred Kurz and Helmut Mohr curated these images and complemented them with detailed, expert captions. Spanning from the mid-20th century to more recent times, the images depict familiar as well as almost forgotten buildings, streets, events, and everyday situations; they evoke memories of the city and its people as they once were.
