Around 200 renowned authors present the state of social work in their theoretical discussions, research, and practice. The contributions summarize the central scientific findings, highlight problems and new tasks, and provide impulses for the necessary developmental tasks of social work. For the 6th edition, current topics have been addressed, and more than half of the contributions have been updated and partially comprehensively revised. The editorial team has been expanded to include Rainer Treptow and Holger Ziegler, who have taken on significant editorial responsibilities. With an individual access code, readers can also read the complete handbook online, search it, and annotate the contributions with their own notes.
